The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company policies, analyzing and reporting on key business metrics to drive continuous improvement of hotel operations, managing budgets and financial information, and nurturing relationships within the community to foster loyalty and understand customer needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a current Approved Manager Licence and relevant certifications, strong leadership, training, motivational skills, and excellent communication abilities. They will also have high personal presentation and hygiene standards, the ability to manage conflicts, remain calm under pressure, and work unsupervised.
