About the role / What you'll be doing You’ll work across commercial law matters for clients in the financial services sector, ranging from established global businesses through to FinTech start-ups. Depending on your background, your work may include matters involving: regulated financial services the Corporations Act AML/CTF Australian Financial Services and Australian Credit licensing consumer credit law digital assets You may also contribute to client training or public speaking where relevant. The role will suit someone who enjoys rewarding work, communicates clearly in writing and is comfortable engaging with new ideas and technologies.
