We are seeking an experienced manufacturing financial planning manager to drive efficiency, profitability, and informed decision-making within our organization.

* Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and variances to optimize production processes and improve overall performance.
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly management reports that accurately reflect the company's financial position and future prospects.
* Provide actionable insights to support pricing, margin analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
* Manage capital expenditure and project accounting, including research and development grant claims, to ensure compliance and optimal use of resources.
* Coordinate audits and maintain internal controls to protect the company's assets and reputation.
* Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; a professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA is also necessary.
* At least 5 years of experience in management accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector, is essential.
* Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and compliance regulations is mandatory.
* Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills, including Power BI, is highly desirable.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are crucial for success in this role.
