Financial Leadership Opportunity
The role of a Finance Manager is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial management systems, partnering with business stakeholders to drive effective decision-making and operational governance.
Key responsibilities include leading the management accounting function, budgeting, financial acquittals, and reporting. The incumbent will be accountable for financial and management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, audit, and compliance, asset management, team leadership, and financial analysis and funds management.
Qualifications
* Experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting regulations and standards.
* Ability to demonstrate financial analysis and reporting skills, risk management knowledge, and strong communication and adaptability.
* Degree qualifications in Commerce/Accounting and CA/CPA certification (or progression towards).
* People management experience; experience within a not-for-profit context is advantageous.
