Due to commercial growth, an opportunity awaits you at Haymes Paint, where you can bring your network and influence to life at Australia's largest family‐owned paint brand. As our Architectural Specification Manager you will become a key relationship builder with architects, designers, builders and project‐aligned painters, seeking out new business and sustaining & growing our existing. You will be passionate about design and creatively solving problems throughout the concept to delivery project cycle, achieving positive outcomes for both Haymes Paint and our clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Grow awareness and adoption of the Haymes Paint brand through the design community
* Provide dedicated personal contact to the specifier market, actioned through a structured call cycle and recorded in CRM
* Own the spec‐to‐sale journey, early influence to conversion
* Work closely across the sales, marketing and technical team to deliver required outcomes
* Build trusted relationships with architects, designers, builders and project‐aligned painters
* Secure specifications by leveraging the strength of our colour, products and brand
* Create and convert pipeline to achieve sales targets using Hubexo, EstimateOne, Aconex and LinkedIn
* Stay ahead of market trends and competitor moves
* Participate in and contribute to product development through industry insights
About you
* Proven specification sales success and an established Architect and Designer network
* Passionate about the design community and working with a family owned Australian brand
* Appetite for disruption and resilience to succeed in a market dominated by the status quo
* Microsoft 365+ CRM proficiency; BIM/Revit awareness is an added advantage
* Applied experience and success with cold calling, account management, development and execution of business and marketing plans
* Successful track record of driving projects, from design through to application stage
* General knowledge of paint and application, problem‐solving and contingency planning
* Strong sales, analytical and business strategic planning skills
