Your Opportunity
You will play a key role in managing disputes end‐to‐end, particularly those escalated beyond internal resolution and into external regulatory environments.
* Review, investigate and resolve disputes from initial assessment through to final outcome
* Prepare detailed documentation including decision letters, settlement terms and regulatory responses
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders including customers and regulators
* Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and meet required timeframes
* Analyse root causes and contribute to continuous improvement of dispute processes
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in dispute resolution within financial services (essential)
* Experience working within RG271 Internal Dispute Resolution requirements
* Strong understanding of lending, insurance, or financial products
* Experience working with regulatory bodies such as AFCA or similar
* High attention to detail and ability to manage complex, sensitive matters
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong decision‐making ability with a structured and analytical approach
* Resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure
