We are seeking an enthusiastic Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team.
In this role you will provide best practice wound management care, education and training to develop appropriate skills and knowledge within the nursing team in specialist wound care, respiratory review care, immunisation administration, infection control and other relevant nursing areas within the Community Primary Care urban context.
The successful applicant will support and provide collaborative, coordinated direct and indirect clinical care for complex client presentations and work with and alongside less experienced nursing and midwifery staff.
Must have current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and developed clinical knowledge and skills.
