We're partnering with our client to find a Head of Marketing to lead brand, campaigns and growth for a nationally recognised, creatively driven, contemporary Arts organisation at the top of its field.
This is a role for someone who wants to own the whole marketing picture. You'll be across everything from brand and storytelling through to performance and growth, making sure every touchpoint feels considered, consistent and on brand.

Brand and marketing strategy across multiple divisions
Campaigns that cut through and convert across multiple channels
A strong content and storytelling engine, video, social, digital and live moments
Performance marketing across paid, organic, CRM and lifecycle journeys
Leading the social strategy and audience growth
PR, media and brand partnerships that build profile and credibility
Website, CRM and the overall digital experience
A marketing calendar that keeps everything aligned and moving
A small team, setting standards and lifting the quality of work
About you:
You're a senior marketer who's comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution. You bring:
Experience leading brand and marketing strategy in a fast-moving, complex environment
Strong creative instincts, backed by data and commercial thinking
Confidence building campaigns that deliver results, not just noise
Experience across digital, social, content, PR and performance
The ability to influence at leadership level and work closely with creative and commercial teams
Pride in being a brand custodian who raises the bar
