We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Officer.
Collaborate closely with our sales consultants, providing vital support to enhance the customer journey.
Prepare accurate quotes that reflect our commitment to excellence.
Efficiently process and diligently follow up on sales orders, leaving no detail unchecked.
Seamlessly handle administrative tasks to maintain the smooth flow of operations.
About you:
You are an out of the box thinker and problem solver.
You're great at working in a team and can also excel on your own.
You're skilled at staying organized and managing your time.
You're excellent at negotiating.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
You're an outstanding communicator in writing and speech.
While experience in construction is a plus, your enthusiasm to learn matters most.
