Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a portfolio of key business finance services (BFS) customers and referral partners, focusing on customer-centric growth strategies
* Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio through astute financial planning and analysis
* Prepare and submit business lending proposals for approval, obtaining and analyzing industry and business information to inform informed decisions
* Promote professional and ethical behavior, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies to maintain a positive brand reputation
Requirements:
* Experience in business banking and/or credit assessment is highly valued, particularly in roles involving financial planning and relationship management
* A background in home lending or CLS is desirable, providing a foundation for expertise in mortgage financing and associated regulations
* Strong skills in customer and relationship management, problem-solving, and negotiation are essential for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth
