About the Role
Provide on-site engineering services to the Project Manager to assist in the successful completion of the project.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in defining objectives related to technical, financial, and human issues.
* Coordinate the detailed preparation of the structure, including construction schedules, technical options, and drafting of documents.
* Participate in the consultation and selection of suppliers and subcontractors.
* Contribute to the financial viability assessments of the project, including comparative summaries of tenders.
* Coordinate the works (structural, architectural, external) and oversee their execution through in-house production or supervision until handover, in accordance with the contract.
* Manage site staff, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and oversee equipment and materials.
* Coordinate with clients regarding schedule, quality, and technical testing.
* Participate in the company's Sustainable Development policy.
* Handle contractual matters, such as scheduling, and prepare site reports.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum of 5 years of international work experience.
* Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
* Technical knowledge with a profit-oriented mindset.
* Methodical, authoritative, attentive, objective, tenacious, and responsible.
