We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven National Specification Sales Manager – Residential to lead and grow our residential specification strategy nationally. This is a high-impact role focused on influencing architects and designers, expanding specification opportunities and strengthening our presence within the multi-residential market.

About The Role:

Reporting to the National Projects Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing the national residential specification strategy. You will work closely with Architects & Designers (A&D), retail project teams and internal stakeholders to drive specification growth and expand adoption of Zip's filtered drinking water solutions. This position combines strategic leadership, relationship management, and hands‐on execution, while mentoring an established specification team across multiple states.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Commercial Leadership

* Partner with the National Projects Manager to develop and implement the national residential specification strategy
* Drive growth of the Residential Projects register and contribute to annual project budgets
* Expand the national residential specification pipeline across all regions
* Influence standard specifications to incorporate filtered drinking water solutions
* Identify and progress new opportunities through to the Residential Projects team

Relationship Management

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects & Designers nationally
* Strengthen partnerships with retail project specification teams including HNC, Winnings and E&S Commercial
* Maintain a strong growth focus across the East Coast markets
* Establish and manage priority client engagement plans across each state
* Mentor and support Specification Managers nationally
* Provide on‐ground guidance and alignment across regions
* Ensure consistent messaging, presentations, and customer experience standards
* Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews aligned to national objectives
* Drive and attend specification and A&D industry events across Australia
* Work closely with Marketing on event delivery, logistics and brand presentation
* Provide Voice of Customer insights to Marketing and Innovation teams
* Support development of case studies and market‐facing content

About You:

You are a strategic sales professional with strong industry credibility and a passion for relationship‐led growth. You thrive in a national role where influence, collaboration and accountability drive success.

You will bring:

* Proven experience in specification sales within residential, construction, architectural or design markets
* Strong relationships within the A&D community (highly regarded)
* Demonstrated ability to influence specifications and drive project pipelines
* Leadership capability with experience mentoring or guiding teams
* Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
* A proactive, results‐driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
* Willingness to travel nationally as required
