All work is carried out with a commitment tohealth, safety, and environmental responsibility.Your responsibilities will include:Performing scheduled and reactive maintenance on fixed mechanical plant and equipmentInspecting, diagnosing faults, completing repairs, and installing upgrades on equipment involving hydraulics, pneumatics, drives, and conveyor systemsCollaborating with fellow tradespeople, maintenance, and operations teams to minimise downtime and maintain safe, efficient operationsOur tradespersons rotate between rosters including:Daywork:10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (Monday to Friday)Shiftwork:7-day continuous rotating roster (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off)Part-time or job share arrangements can also be considered.Desired Skills and ExperienceDesired Skills and Experience:What we are looking for:Cert III Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Fitting/Machining)Experience in aheavy industryenvironment, particularly in fixed plant maintenance.Skills and experience inwelding, hydraulics, or pneumaticsare highly regardedIndividuals aligned to our core values of Service, Caring, Progress, Excellence and IntegrityEffective communication, problem-solving, decision making, and collaboration skillsFlexibility, adaptability, and a focus for continuous improvement.Demonstrated commitment tosafety, environment, and community engagement
