We’re looking for a Clinician who’s ready to bring clinical insight, leadership, and calm judgement to an office-based role where your expertise improves systems and outcomes - not just moments at the bedside. This non-clinical position is ideal for someone experienced in clinical risk, governance, or aged care compliance who thrives in a structured environment. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the safety and quality of our Home Care services - without shiftwork, home visits, or hospital pace.
What you’ll do
* Triage and manage incidents as they occur, supporting prompt and appropriate resolution
* Coordinate the end-to-end management of clinical incidents, near misses, and investigations
* Collaborate with team leaders and care partners to identify risks and escalate appropriately
* Use your clinical knowledge to identify trends and drive system-wide safety improvements
* Maintain clear documentation and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
* Support compliance and governance through thoughtful leadership and expert advice
What you'll bring
* Tertiary qualification in healthcare (e.g., Nursing, Allied Health, or similar) - Essential
* Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration with the relevant governing Board - Essential
* Experience and/or qualifications in Dementia, Delirium, Cognitive Impairment and/or mental health ( Desirable )
* Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical practice, with a focus on aged care, home care, or community health
* Strong knowledge of Home Care Packages, the aged care sector, and/or NDIS
* Experience in incident management, audits, or compliance frameworks
* Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and professional writing skills
* Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM/documentation systems
