About The Role

The Senior Organisational Change Partner is part of the Business and Service Improvement Unit, a team responsible for leading a program to improve service experience, efficiency, and effectiveness.


In This Role You Will

* Lead and deliver programs to drive change for organisational priority improvement projects.
* Lead, facilitate and partner with senior leaders to design change programs for improved service outcomes.
* Design and implement an enterprise-wide change framework.
* Build change capability and change leadership across the organisation, through coaching, advice and training.


Required Qualifications and Experience

* Relevant tertiary qualifications or significant work experience in change and transformation, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Qualifications, accreditation or training in change management and demonstrated experience in leading and delivering change at the project and organisational level.
* Passion for coaching and mentoring, a drive to deliver change, and results focus.
