Job Title: Global Payroll Director
This role oversees and manages payroll functions across multiple jurisdictions.
* Manage and oversee the payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate execution of day-to-day payroll processes.
* Lead a global payroll team, fostering collaboration and getting the best out of the team.
* Drive continuous improvement and growth within the payroll team, providing clear development opportunities and empowering team members to make decisions and innovate.
* Lead key transformation projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless and compliant execution.
* Maintain effective stakeholder management, setting clear timelines, managing expectations, and communicating progress proactively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 10+ years' experience in payroll roles, with exposure to multi-jurisdiction payrolls.
* Familiarity with payroll compliance regimes in APAC, North America, and EMEA.
* Experience in successfully leading or being a key member of payroll transformation project(s).
* Proven leadership style that motivates, engages, and develops teams in complex environments.
