A Quick Snapshot of the role
As the Activation Executive at Nunn, your role involves campaign implementation, optimising, tracking, reporting, trading and negotiating all paid social media and programmatic advertising. You are also responsible for overseeing the development and output of the activation coordinator. There will also be the opportunity to grow your planning skills.
This is a growth role-orientated role, where performance will be assessed based on productivity, acquired skills, and professional development. The objective is for you to emerge as an expert across various paid social and programmatic media channels, earning the trust and respect of the team for your comprehensive media knowledge.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Activation Manager to develop media strategies aligned with client objectives
Manage campaigns across Meta ads and Meta's Ads Manager platform, with experience in other social platforms like Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok
Execute campaigns across key programmatic tools and platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, YouTube, Vistar/HiveStack
Implement, optimise and report on media campaigns, delivering insightful measurement reports
Assist in end-of-month billing processes and resolve financial discrepancies
Support the team in managing timelines and creative assets to ensure timely campaign launches
Assist in the planning process within your team, contributing valuable insights and recommendations
Develop confidence in presenting reports and other documents to clients
Cultivate relationships with key media partners and internal specialist units to enhance industry knowledge
Attend weekly internal industry presentations to stay updated on industry trends and best practices

TTD/DV360/Meta/TikTok

Setup campaigns end to end independently across BVOD, Audio, Programmatic OOH, Display and social channels
Optimise campaigns to deliver across media kpi's and business objectives
Analyse data and generate insights for clients both in terms of media channel performance and overall business outcomes
Experience owning pacing checks and implementing optimisations across campaigns
RTB experience with audience recommendations, spends, KPIs and performance metrics

Client Service

Experience presenting reports, channel recommendations and optimisations to clients both in person and online
Reply to client emails and calls
Offer solutions to clients across programmatic and social media channels

General Competencies

Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Initiative: Proactive, self-starter, clear communicator, and autonomous worker when required
Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of industry ad products, rich media, specifications, file formats, etc. Experience with Meta ads, Meta's Ads Manager platform, and other social platforms like Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok. Experience with key programmatic tools and platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, YouTube, Vistar/HiveStack
Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a media agency or similar field. The ideal candidate will have experience across both Social and Programmatic media channels. Relevant qualifications an advantage but not a requirement.
