Job Overview
* We are seeking an experienced and driven business growth specialist with a proven track record in securing large-scale commercial cleaning contracts.
* The ideal candidate will have strong client relationship skills, the ability to develop strategic growth opportunities, and be confident managing the end-to-end tender process from lead generation and quoting through to contract negotiation and handover.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across government, corporate, health, and education sectors.
* Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality, competitive tender responses for large commercial cleaning contracts.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, facility managers, and procurement teams.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams (operations, HR, finance) to ensure service delivery models are aligned with client needs.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar business development or sales management role within the commercial cleaning or facilities management industry.
* Demonstrated success in quoting, bidding, and winning large-scale tenders.
* Strong understanding of commercial cleaning operations, service scopes, and pricing models.
