Our organization seeks a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Neighbourhood Support Coordinator.
This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring our operations run smoothly, while delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.
* The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
* Coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood
* Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email, and in person
* Managing requests, concerns, and inquiries
* Creating correspondence and documentation as requested
* Efficiently organizing appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements
* Maintaining office supplies and arranging equipment maintenance/repairs
* Ensuring information integrity and accuracy in financial, human resource, and other systems
* Utilizing mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)
* Supporting senior staff with special projects as needed
