What you'll be doing:
* Managing and coordinating schedules for residential construction projects (single storey homes)
* Preparing procurement schedules, take offs, and materials lists
* Liaising with site supervisors, suppliers, subcontractors to keep timelines on track
* Proactively identifying potential delays/issues and solving them early
* Helping to improve scheduling processes for efficiency and consistency
What we're looking for:
* Strong experience in project homes within residential construction
* Good knowledge of WA building codes, materials, and construction methods for single storey homes
* Highly organised, detail oriented, and good at prioritising
* Strong communicator, happy working in a team oriented, family culture
* Comfortable with scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools
