Women's and Children's Health Network, Metropolitan Youth Health (MYH) Classification - AHP1 - $68,478 to $83,594 per annum + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits Part time 0.6 FTE Term contract until 31 December 2025 About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Young Parents Worker.
The role engages with young people and focuses on young pregnant and parenting people who are disadvantaged and/or vulnerable to access and navigate through specialised primary health care services.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate and deliver flexible learning programs for vulnerable young people including young pregnant and parenting people Undertake data collection, analysis, evaluation and contribute to the reporting on clinical service delivery and development and grant funded project Work collaboratively with clients in the development and delivery of their individual case management/care plans To find out the specifics, including the key selection criteria and special conditions, please go to the relevant attached role description(s).
