Flexible Working
We offer flexible, hybrid working arrangements. Our office is available for use as needed; our Client Success Team works from our Sydney or Melbourne office at least twice a week.
About This Role
To achieve our mission of 'Making the World a Better Place to Work,' we need to deliver successful, meaningful programs within our Mid Market client portfolio. A Mid Market Client Success Manager will deliver an outstanding level of service, helping clients achieve adoption and high utilisation in their engagement platform offering.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of Mid Market clients and developing strategic partnerships.
* Improving program usage and adoption through consultation, strategy development, and delivery.
* Selling additional solutions to clients and collaborating with colleagues to develop opportunities.
* Working with the Strategic Account Manager to develop account plans and strengthen client retention rates.
* Retaining client revenue by developing strategies to avoid risks and renew contracts.
* Planning and implementing engagement strategies, including communications plans.
* Providing advice, access to thought leadership, and facilitating support for clients.
* Analysing engagement data and reviewing it with clients to demonstrate value and align with success goals.
Skills Required
* A good level of experience in proactive and strategic B2B client relationships or client service roles.
* The ability to partner with organisations of 500-2000 employees.
* Previous experience presenting programme solutions to groups of end users.
* Excellent negotiation skills and proven delivery against client retention and revenue growth.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical solutions or complex client challenges.
The Interview Process

* Virtual interview with the Head of Client Success and a Senior Client Success Manager.
* Take-home presentation task.
* Final virtual or in-person interview and presentation with the Head of Enterprise Client Success and Mid Market Client Success Team Lead.
