The Role:
As Senior Planner, you will be a key commercial partner across Planning, Merchandising, Design, Wholesale, and DTC. This role is central to the brand's success, and you'll play a critical part in shaping seasonal assortment strategies, guiding investment decisions, and optimising inventory across all channels. You will lead reporting, forecasting, allocation, and operational planning with a high degree of autonomy—making this a fantastic role for someone looking to elevate their planning career within luxury fashion.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
Reporting & Analysis
* Lead weekly to seasonal performance reporting and deliver actionable insights.
* Conduct pre-market analysis and present post-season reviews to guide future strategy.
* Analyse promotions, pricing, and margins to drive profitability.
* Oversee replenishment models, best-seller reporting, and cross-channel trade consolidation.
* Produce ad hoc reports to support commercial objectives.
Allocation
* Develop and manage strategic allocation plans across boutiques, concessions, and eCommerce.
* Identify store and regional trends to maximise sell-through and minimise markdowns.
* Ensure accurate, timely allocation aligned with launch timelines and size curves.
Planning & Forecasting
* Lead range architecture planning with Merchandising and Design.
* Monitor in-season performance and recommend reorders, transfers, and markdowns.
* Provide fabric, trim, and packaging forecasts at key milestones.
* Support assortment planning, DTC strategy, and VM planogram needs.
Operations
* Manage data integrity across CENTRIC, JOOR, and AP21.
* Validate product data across Sales, DTC, and Production to maintain critical path alignment.
REQUIREMENTS +
* Strong leadership and communication skills, especially when managing tight deadlines.
* High analytical capability with deep understanding of retail math, OTB, and margin optimisation.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning systems (CENTRIC, JOOR, AP21, or similar).
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
