The role
This is an exciting opportunity to join iconic brand Country Road, as their Brand Customer Lead. You will lead all projects and management of strategies from Country Road Group Loyalty, Customer Insights and Customer Engagement, ensuring the brand both contributes to, and capitalises on Country Road Group's strategic vision and growth plan.
You will also be responsible for the Country Road marketing calendar and campaign planning across all marketing, digital and retail touchpoints, delivering to the brand's sales targets and strategic objectives and ensuring a consistent, optimised customer experience across all communication and retail channels.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for Country Road's customer segmentation, research, journey mapping, brand equity, and experience measurement
- Delivering to the brand's customer acquisition, retention and growth targets and ensuring a consistent, optimised customer experience across all communication and retail channels
- Manage key relationships with Meta, Pinterest, Mastercard, AMEX, Stocard and Google
- Leading the team to deliver to the brand's broader Acquisition, Loyalty and growth plans
- Oversee paid marketing and customer acquisition strategy including but not limited to Myer, David Jones, THE ICONIC, alongside new channels
- Reporting results of marketing spend, ensuring Country Road continuously opts into the most beneficial and relevant options and programs when acquiring and nurturing customer base
- Responsible for the Country Road Rewards Program, including the ongoing evolution of the program strategy, structure, tiering, rewards and tactics; optimisation of new and existing initiatives; and delivery to acquisition, retention, growth and brand experience targets in line with Country Road's growth plan.
- Professional experience managing commercial marketing channels
- Proven experience developing an effective marketing strategy
- Professional experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience leading a team
- Proven knowledge of key marketing channels, including paid advertising channels
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Time management, planning and organisational skills.
