Payroll Officer | iChris Exposure | Hybrid Wollongong An opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Officer to join a well-established, highly respected organisation with both Australian and international payroll operations. This is not a high-volume call-centre payroll environment. It's a collaborative, structured setting where payroll is valued and supported. You'll work closely with an experienced Payroll Manager and gain exposure to complex award interpretation, executive payroll and global payroll processes. The Role Assist with fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles Maintain employee data and payroll changes within iChris Support time & attendance processing Assist with superannuation, reconciliations and reporting Provide payroll support to managers and employees Exposure to international payroll operations About You 1-3 years payroll experience Experience with iChris / Chris21 Strong attention to detail Calm, service-focused communication style Willingness to learn and grow within a structured environment The Environment Collaborative team culture Hybrid working (3 days onsite preferred) Stable, respected organisation Clear development exposure This role would suit a Payroll Officer looking to deepen their system exposure and gain experience within a more complex payroll environment.
