Brief Description
The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Junior Replenishment Planner to support centralised stock replenishment across our stores. You'll generate purchase orders, monitor stock, maintain data accuracy, and produce reports using MSLS systems and Excel. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in supply chain, inventory, or purchasing.

Key Responsibilities
Replenishment & Inventory:
Generate and manage store replenishment purchase orders Monitor stock levels across stores and warehouse Identify low stock risks and escalate exceptions Assist with stock balancing between stores Track stock cover, sell-through rates, and replenishment performance Monitor slow-moving and excess stock Support stock optimisation initiatives Assist with coordination of stock transfers
Data & Reporting (Excel Focused)
Maintain and update Excel replenishment trackers and reports Analyse sales and stock data to support replenishment decisions
Desirable Experience
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Retail, inventory, supply chain, or administration experience ERP or inventory platform experience Understanding of MSLS or replenishment systems Basic knowledge of purchasing processes
