This is a fantastic chance to:Deliver solutions to leading clients across South Australia.Grow your skills with ongoing training.Be considered for future advancement opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Service, maintain, troubleshoot, fault-find, program, and commission security systems (alarms, access control, CCTV, IP surveillance, NVRs, network hardware).
Install system replacements and additions, including cabling, conduits, device fit-off, and programming.Commission systems and test connections to our 24/7 monitoring centre.Engage directly with clients, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.Undertake some regional work (with Living Away from Home Allowance provided).
What You BringWe're looking for someone with:Demonstrated experience in a similar role.Training or certifications on systems such as Hills Reliance, Interlogix Tecom, or Inner Range Integriti (desirable).
Strong technical and IT/networking skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High attention to detail and a strong safety/quality mindset.Willingness to learn, adapt, and undertake new training.South Australian Driver's LicenceSouth Australian Security LicenceACMA Open Cabling Registration LicenceWhite CardWhat We OfferAt AG Security Group, we genuinely value our people.
