Company and Role Overview 
Reporting to the CEO, redesign the way Compliance is managed across the business. Perform assessments of current policies, procedures, frameworks, and systems. Develop a strategic road map to uplift risk and compliance in line with legislative requirements. 
This is a hands-on role that will see you taking ownership of ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and embedded in the business through training and effective compliance processes. 
You will also be able to own the implementation of a compliance tracking system as well as coordinating with external auditors. 
Experience: 
You will also bring: 
Prior experience reviewing and updating policies in line with regulatory requirements. 
Excellent written ability with proven experience of drafting frameworks and policies. 
Adaptability, critical thinking, problem-solving skills are highly valued for this role.
