About the role
We are seeking a full-time Manufacturing Team Member to join our dynamic team at McDowells Herbal in Bathurst, NSW. In this hands-on role, you will play a crucial part in the production of our high-quality herbal supplements and natural health products.
What you'll be doing
* Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment to produce a range of herbal products
* Perform quality checks and ensure strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols
* Assist with the packaging and labelling of finished products
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
* Collaborate with the broader manufacturing team to achieve production targets

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the food, beverage or natural health industries
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
* Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions
* Practical skills and mechanical aptitude
