The Role
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a large restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service and strong team performance
- Drive customer satisfaction by fostering a culture of warm, engaging hospitality
- Manage rostering, labour costs, stock control, ordering and compliance
- Oversee bar operations with confidence in cocktails, product knowledge, and service standards
- Train, mentor and motivate a large team, ensuring consistency across service delivery
- Work closely with head office support to implement systems, reporting, and procedures
- Balance operational responsibilities with strong financial acumen, including P&L; accountability and KPI delivery
What We're Looking For
- Proven management experience in a Medium to high volume restaurant or bar environment
- Confidence in leading large FOH teams with a focus on training, structure, and guest experience
- Solid bar and beverage knowledge, including cocktails and service flow
- Excellent communication and people management skills - approachable and engaging with both staff and guests
- Strong operational and financial skills (rostering, budgets, reporting, P&L;)
- A positive, high-energy personality who leads by example and enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Current RSA and full Australian working rights
