With a strong pipeline of townhouse developments across Melbourne's western suburbs, our client is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee medium-density projects ranging from 30–60 townhouses per site.
Having delivered over 7,000 homes to date and with 1,000+ homes scheduled over the next 36 months, this business offers long-term security, consistency of work, and clear career progression. Their fully integrated model covers land acquisition through to construction and sales, providing stability rarely seen in the market.

What will you do?
* Manage townhouse developments from site set-up through to completion
* Oversee 30–60 lot medium-density residential builds
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers on site
* Drive construction programs, sequencing, and site productivity
* Ensure quality control across structure, finishes, and defect management
* Maintain OH&S compliance and site safety standards
* Run toolbox talks, inductions, and weekly site meetings
* Report progress, timelines, and issues to senior management
What do you need?
* Certificate IV in Building & Construction (preferred) and White Card
* Trade background with a valid driver's licence
* 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager or Project Supervisor on townhouse or medium-density residential projects
* Strong understanding of NCC, Australian Standards, and Victorian residential building codes
* Proven ability to deliver projects on time with low-defect handovers
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple trades on site
* Organised, hands-on, and confident managing multiple stages of construction
