As our global B2B footprint continues to expand, we are seeking an Email & Digital Coordinator – B2B to support the execution of targeted, commercial-focused email and digital campaigns across key regions.
This role is Part Time- 4 days a week- x6 hours per day hybrid from our Mornington HQ.
Role Overview
The
Email & Digital Coordinator – B2B
plays a key role in executing end-to-end B2B email marketing and digital support activities for our commercial audience, including wholesale partners, studio owners, and business customers.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager – B2B, this role is hands-on and execution-focused, supporting campaign builds, deployment, segmentation, analytics, and ongoing optimisation across our commercial marketing programs at Your Reformer.
You will also support digital wholesale sales channels through Shopify, including blog updates, SEO optimisation, promotions, product configuration, and backend maintenance relevant to B2B customers.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically capable, and comfortable working across multiple regions, stakeholders, and commercial priorities, with strong time management and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute end-to-end B2B EDM campaigns across HubSpot, including building, testing, scheduling, and deployment
* Segment and maintain B2B contact lists, ensuring clean data and accurate targeting by region, customer type, and lifecycle stage
* Support the Head of Marketing – B2B and Marketing Manager – B2B with campaign planning, automation, and lead-nurture workflows
* Review campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement, conversion, and retention across commercial audiences
* Ensure brand consistency, messaging accuracy, and adherence to B2B email best practices
* Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align campaigns with commercial priorities and sales initiatives
* Contribute to improving internal email processes, documentation, templates, and reporting
* Assist with additional B2B digital marketing and wholesale support tasks as required
Essential
Skills & Experience:
* Experience executing email marketing campaigns, ideally within B2B, wholesale, or commercial environments
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work independently across multiple regions, time zones, and deadlines
* Basic understanding of SEO and digital content management
* Comfortable working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
Highly Desirable
* HubSpot experience
* Shopify backend experience, including blog updates, product setup, and promotions for B2B or wholesale channels
* Experience within eCommerce, wholesale, or fitness/wellness industries
* Basic HTML knowledge for email formatting
