You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support workers, and families to deliver exceptional outcomes for your clients. Your responsibilities include:
* Assessing and observing challenging behaviours to enhance emotional regulation and introduce replacement skills
* Developing and implementing behaviour support plans that promote skill development, independence, and overall quality of life
* Providing training, ongoing support, and regular reviews to ensure sustainable progress

Your Qualifications and Experience
* Degree qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Behaviour Analysis, Teaching, Social Work, Health Science, Allied Health, Nursing, or related fields
* Experience working with individuals with ASD, ID, or other complex needs is highly desirable
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
* Relevant clearances: National Police Check, Working With Children/Vulnerable People Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
