About The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity now exists for a Project Supervisor to join Programmed, responsible for supporting and overseeing refurbishment and maintenance work across our regional housing contract.
The Project Supervisor is accountable for coordination of onsite subcontractors and technicians and leading from the front by displaying a commitment to safety and compliance.
This is an excellent opportunity where you will contribute to the team by building relationships with key contacts, stakeholders and service providers while ensuring the scheduled delivery of small to medium value Works across multiple sites.
Nature of the position: 2 Year Fixed Term contract with potential for extension
Location: Regional NSW – Wentworth and surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities
Manage safety of all employees and subcontractors on site
Ensure safety documentation and other operational documents are reviewed in accordance with site & client requirements
Carrying out completion and quality assurance
Acts as a first response for some reactive priority works, assists in scoping and pricing works
Develop an excellent working relationship with the client
On site interaction with key stakeholders and subcontractors
About You
Experience managing all aspects of maintenance / building works or house refurbishment works
Experience working with Aboriginal communities would be highly regarded
Trade background highly desired
Ability to manage multiple sites and travel extensively across regional NSW
A strong understanding of regulations and compliance
Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement experience
Strong safety focus and commitment to maintain a safe working environment
