The role
We're looking for an experienced Automotive Spray Painter to handle full refinishing work—prep to polish—across late-model cars, 4x4s and fleet vehicles.
What you'll do
* Prep, mask, prime and apply base/clear and single-stage finishes
* Colour match (spectro & visual) and blend adjacent panels
* Operate modern booths, gun setups and waterborne systems
* Complete denib, bake, polish and QC to insurer/OEM standards
* Maintain a clean, safe bay and assist with job flow and time targets
What you'll bring
* 3+ years in automotive refinishing (trade qualified preferred)
* Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent automotive trade qualification
* Strong colour-matching and blending skills
* Confident with waterborne products and modern booths
* High attention to detail and pride in finish quality
* Current driver's licence
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
