1. Sous Chef
You are the right hand to our Head Chef, a leader in the kitchen, and a mentor to the team. You thrive under pressure and are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
What you'll do:
* Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
* Supervise and lead the team during service, ensuring smooth operation.
* Help develop new menu items and specials.
* Maintain strict inventory control and ordering.
* Uphold impeccable food safety and sanitation standards.
* Train and motivate junior team members.
What you bring:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior CDP ready to step up.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge in steak butchery and woodfire grilling techniques.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* A calm and focused demeanor during busy services.
2. Chef de Partie (CDP)
You are a station master, reliable, skilled, and ready to take ownership of a section. You execute dishes with precision and take pride in your craft.
What you'll do:
* Run a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., deep fired, sauté, bake) efficiently.
* Prepare and cook dishes to exact specifications during service.
* Ensure mise en place is completed to the highest standard.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your station.
* Work closely with other team members.
What you bring:
* Solid experience as a CDP or a Demi Chef looking for progression.
* Excellent technical skills on a specific section.
* Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure.
* A strong team spirit and a positive attitude.
* A desire to learn and develop new skills.
3. Junior Chef / Commis Chef

What you'll do:
* Assist the CDPs and Sous Chef with food preparation (mise en place).
* Learn the fundamentals of various kitchen stations.
* Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Support the team during service to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
* Develop your knife skills and culinary techniques.
What you bring:
* A genuine passion for food and a desire to build a career in hospitality.
* Culinary school diploma or some kitchen experience is a plus, but a great attitude is essential.
* Willingness to work hard, listen, and learn.
* Reliability and a strong team-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work roasted shifts including weekends.
