The Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Office All-Rounder to join our team, covering a maternity leave position, with the potential for an ongoing role for the right person.
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting the day-to-day running of the office and working closely with both our customers and internal team.

· Processing orders and invoices
· Dispatch and coordination of orders
· Scheduling bookings and jobs
· Accounts receivable support
· Customer service (phone & email)
· Sales support
· General admin and data entry

About You
We're looking for someone who:
· Is confident and communicates well with customers and team members
· Can juggle multiple tasks and stay organised under pressure
· Takes initiative and gets things done without being micromanaged
· Has strong attention to detail
· Brings a positive, team-focused attitude
· Has good customer service skills
Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage, but not essential.
