How You'll Make An Impact
* You will lead full‐cycle sales efforts for utility‐scale storage and solar projects, building strong relationships with developers, system integrators, utilities, IPPs, and EPCs.
* You will develop and execute regional go‐to‐market strategies, collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape solutions and support technical evaluations, proposals, and bid processes.
* You will represent Hitachi Energy at key industry events and forums, drive pipeline management and forecasting with precision, positioning PCS as a trusted, high‐quality solution provider.
* You will ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
* You will live Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for colleagues and the business.
Your Background
* You hold a bachelor's degree.
* More than 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development in energy storage or related technologies.
* Proven success selling into developers, system integrators, utilities, IPPs, and EPCs at multimillion‐dollar levels, with a strong network in the utility‐scale PV and storage markets.
* Experience in global, matrixed organizations with cross‐functional collaboration.
* Deep knowledge of power systems and grid interconnection.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
