ABOUT THE ROLE: Part time Maintenance Officer role to support our full-time maintenance officer.
Summary of the role: An exciting opportunity to join a growing team who take pride in the environment and customer service being provided to our aged care residents.
1. Part time position available
2. Located at Mercy Place Warrnambool
3. Responsible for on-going repairs and preventative maintenance of building, plant, equipment and furniture.
4. Assist with identifying and actioning health and safety issues to provide a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors.
ABOUT YOU: A compassionate, hardworking, customer service driven individual who takes pride in excellent customer satisfaction levels.
5. Trade based qualification or more than 3 years’ experience in a commercial maintenance position.
6. Current Victorian driver’s license.
7. Working knowledge of Work Health and Safety standards and regulatory maintenance frameworks relating to residential aged care.
8. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
