Responsibilities
- Support clients with empathy, listening deeply, and guiding them through life‑changing transitions.
- Conduct meaningful assessments focusing on what matters most to each client.
- Build robust connections with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other partners to create effective solutions.
- Spot barriers, design tailored Return‑to‑Work plans that build resilience and confidence.
- Visit workplaces to understand challenges and advocate for safer, more inclusive environments.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Exercise Physiology.
- AHPRA or ESSA registration.
- Full working rights in Australia and a valid driver’s licence.
