We are passionate about all things food and wine and believe in creating an experience for all our guests. We currently have 4 venues in Melbourne. Job role
* The job role will focus on maintaining and developing our high level of customer service while following our current systems and procedures to a high standard.
* You will be responsible for managing shifts and leading an energetic team to deliver high quality service to guests.
* You will play an integral role in the success of Rococo.
* Advance your management skills under coaching and mentoring from senior management
Who we are looking for:
* Previous restaurant shift management or supervisor experience desirable;
* Excellent people management skills are a must;
* We are looking for someone with initiative and drive;
* A professional and hands on approach with a willingness to learn and develop with our company;

Salary and remuneration package negotiable based upon experience. More senior roles also available for the right candidates Part time and casual positions available.
