Our client is on the lookout for a Virtual Receptionist to handle high-volume inbound calls, manage customer requests, and provide seamless support across the business.This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, works autonomously, loves problem-solving, and can deliver exceptional customer service while working remotely.Location & DetailsLocation: Work From Home (must have your own laptop, headset & reliable WiFi)Start Date: ASAPDuration: 3 months (with potential to extend)Hours: Rostering across Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm (working 37.5 hrs each week)Pay Rate: $35.58/hour + superKey ResponsibilitiesManage approx.
