About the role We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator with a strong background in light commercial construction to join a high-performing Brisbane team. This role suits someone confident running their own scope across multiple projects, with minimal supervision. You will be hands-on, commercially minded, and capable of managing contracts, costs, and procurement from start to finish. Tasks & Responsibilities * Manage contracts across multiple projects * Oversee procurement, subcontractor letting, and negotiations * Track project costs, variations, and forecasting * Administer progress claims in line with BIF Act (QLD) * Handle RFIs, document control, and reporting to Project Manager Skills & experience * 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator * Degree in Construction Management or similar * Proven experience on ground-up / new build projects ($5M-$15M) * Strong proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Excel, and Bluebeam * Solid understanding of BIF Act (QLD) and QBCC requirements Benefits & Perks * Work autonomously on multiple projects with real ownership * Join a lean, fast-paced team with minimal red tape * Competitive salary package up to $160K for the right candidate About us Need Recruitment support?
