This is a unique chance for an ambitious and driven individual to join our sales leadership team. As a Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales direction for our agricultural products across Australia.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the assigned territory.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve asset management goals, including turn and aging of inventory.
* Provide guidance on forecasting inventory mix to meet sales and market share objectives.
As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and managing a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company and customers.
Responsibilities
1. Achieve sales growth and profitability targets.
2. Assist in managing and developing all sales staff.
3. Facilitate and promote corporate sales strategy and initiatives.
In addition to sales expertise, you will also provide advertising, promotion, and marketing input with the Brandt Sales Support and Marketing departments.
