**Job Title:** Human Resources Management
Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced HRM Coordinator to join our team. This key role involves coordinating various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating HR Functions:
* Recruitment: Attracting and selecting the best candidates for available positions.
* Onboarding: Ensuring a smooth transition for new employees, including training, documentation, and induction.
* Policy Development: Creating, implementing, and reviewing HR policies to ensure they align with organizational goals and regulations.
* Compliance: Ensuring all HR practices and procedures comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
2. Leading WHS Activities:
* Training Coordination: Organizing and delivering training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
* Committee Participation: Actively participating in workplace health and safety (WHS) committees to contribute to decision-making and strategic planning.
* Incident Investigation: Conducting thorough investigations into workplace incidents to identify causes and implement corrective actions.
* Audit Support: Assisting in preparing for and responding to audits related to WHS and other regulatory frameworks.
3. Maintaining and Developing Internal Systems:
* HRIS: Managing and maintaining our human resource information system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
* Employment Hero and LogiQC: Utilizing these systems to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experiences.
4. Providing Advice and Guidance:
* Industrial Relations: Offering expert advice on industrial relations matters, including collective bargaining, enterprise agreements, and dispute resolution.
* Fair Work and Workplace Investigations: Providing guidance on fair work laws and regulations, as well as conducting workplace investigations to address grievances and complaints.
5. Driving Continuous Improvement:
* Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance HR processes and systems.
* Employee Engagement: Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment to boost employee morale, motivation, and job satisfaction.
6. Supervising and Supporting Staff:
* HR Support Staff: Supervising and guiding HR support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to perform their duties effectively.
* Accreditation and Compliance Frameworks: Assisting in maintaining accreditation and compliance with regulatory frameworks, such as ISO and AGPAL.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
* Proven experience in HRM coordination, preferably in a similar organization.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
* Proficient in HR software and systems, including HRIS, Employment Hero, and LogiQC.
* Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
