We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our national HR team in Brisbane. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering accurate, professional HR administration and enjoys being a trusted point of support for employees, managers and HR colleagues alike.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will support the employee lifecycle through high-quality HR administration and coordination.
Working closely with HR, Payroll and IT, you will ensure contracts, onboarding activities and HR systems are managed efficiently and consistently.
Your work will directly support employee experience, compliance and operational effectiveness across the organisation.
About you
You're someone who values accuracy, discretion and organisation. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines and working collaboratively across teams. You understand the importance of confidentiality and take pride in delivering dependable support that others can count on.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an HR administration, HR support or people operations role
* A minimum of 1-2 years of HR administration experience is required
* Demonstrated experience preparing employment documentation
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
* Hands‐on experience with any HRIS system is essential
* A professional, service‐focused approach to communication
* A qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration and experience supporting onboarding processes or liaising with Payroll and IT will be warmly regarded.
