About the role: Reporting to our Education Systems Manager, you will manage the operational set-up and delivery of CPA Australia’s learning offerings across multiple systems The key focus for this role involves maintaining a thorough understanding of the processes and procedures of delivering CPA Australia’s education offer, identifying initiatives for process and system improvement, problem analysis and resolution with internal and external stakeholders, training staff and external contributors, gathering business and user requirements, testing new systems and enhancements, and documenting all relevant processes and procedures. This is an initial 2 year contract role Your key duties: Administer, configure and maintain LMS and EMS platforms, ensuring accurate set‑up of learning products, workshops and events Load, manage and quality‑assure learning content across LMS and related platforms Monitor system performance, identify issues, and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams and external vendors Perform system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), for new products, enhancements and upgrades Document system processes, configurations and changes to support operational consistency Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions Support system enhancement initiatives and continuous improvement of learning and event delivery processes Provide day‑to‑day technical support, guidance and training to internal users Maintain data accuracy and integrity across learning, event and related systems Proactively identify risks, efficiencies and improvement opportunities within learning and event platforms About You: Proven experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) and/or Event Management System (EMS) Experience in an education, training or professional services environment Strong problem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused mindset Confidence working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities Clear communicator with strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a purpose‑driven organisation, supporting large‑scale learning and events delivery in a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment.
