You will be aPublic & Administrative Law Litigation Lawyerwho really enjoys undertaking their own advocacy in the Admin Review Tribunal and Federal Circuit Court. Your new role Will see you undertake work on acaseload of merits and judicial review matters, representing various Commonwealth Government agencies – including, in particular, the Department of Home Affairs– before the Federal Circuit, Federal and High Courts, and the Administrative Review Tribunal. You will really enjoy drafting your own prospects advice and being involved in litigation strategies; drafting submissions; appearing yourself or instructing Counsel.
