What are we looking for from you?
You're passionate about 4WDing, camping, and off-road culture. With us, you won't just be a 'Sales Representative' - you'll be an adventure architect, and will guide our customers from their original inquiries throughout their purchase journey to final fitment. Providing a bespoke and curated solution, you will introduce them to our wide range of service and product offerings, included but not limited to:
* Modular Systems:
Consulting on integrated roof racks, cargo modules, and battery systems.
* Performance Upgrades:
Selling premium suspension, bull bars, and recovery gear.
* Customer Advocacy:
Using deep listening to identify "unspoken" pain points - ensuring customers get the gear that they specifically require for their trips. No one-size fits all approaches in our industry
If the above sounds like you, and you have:
* Proven experience operating within a fast-paced retail or automotive sales environment which has targeted sales goals and KPIs.
* Fluency in Customer Relationship Management Tools, and AI-Augmented Sales Platforms to manage leads and automate follow-ups.
* Excellent skills in communication to explain complex technical fitments like dual battery setups or GVM upgrades.
