We are seeking an ambitious Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Expert, you will be responsible for engaging with parents to understand their child’s learning needs and delivering exceptional sales performance.
About the Role:
* Develop strong relationships with parents to understand their child's learning requirements
* Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through determination and resilience

What We're Looking For:
* 1–2 years' experience in B2C call centre sales (account management or B2B background won't be considered)
* A competitive and driven mindset – candidates from sports or performance backgrounds are highly valued
* Strong numerical and communication skills
* Maturity, coachability, and motivation to grow professionally
* Experience in education sales is an advantage but not required
We Offer:
* Base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions
* First-year OTE around $100K-$110K, with top performers earning up to $140K
